Shipping Options

CLAC orders are processed at our Fulfillment Center located in usually sunny Tucson, AZ by many pairs of Beacon Group hands. These trustworthy and capable folks’ hand-pack your CLAC within 1-3 business days after order placement.

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs, including USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail. Our goal is to provide you with efficient and reliable shipping services.

Standard Shipping: With USPS Ground Advantage, shipments generally arrive within 5 to 10 days, depending on the destination.

Priority Shipping: Priority mail is typically delivered within 3 to 7 days.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and can vary based on factors outside of our control.

Please be aware that the shipping times and costs provided are estimates and subject to change based on factors such as destination, carrier adjustments, and unforeseen delays. We strive to keep our shipping policies updated and will communicate any significant changes that might affect your order.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the number of boxes and the shipping option you select. Here's a general guide to our shipping charges for up to 3 CLACs:

- For orders up to 3 boxes, shipping charges apply based on the selected shipping method.

- We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping and handling for CLACs 4 and 5, with a purchase limit of 5 CLACs per order.

As shipping costs can vary, we perform shipping price comparisons for heavier shipments to ensure you receive the best possible rate. For international shipments, prices are generally under $50, with the choice of carrier optimized for cost and reliability.

For orders involving four or more boxes, alternative carriers such as UPS may provide better value. We're committed to finding you the most economical shipping option without compromising on reliability.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping options, prioritizing reliability and cost-effectiveness. While DHL is renowned for its reliability in international shipping, we also consider UPS and FedEx as economical alternatives for heavier shipments.

Tracking Information

Tracking information is available for all shipments, ensuring you can monitor your order's journey to your doorstep. Once the shipping label is printed, the tracking information is automatically sent to you. We ensure transparency and convenience by keeping you updated every step of the way.

Returns

UD2MO is comprised of veterans who served honorably in almost every clime and place. We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund—with a few exceptions—within sixty (60) days of the purchase date if you are an CLAC Group Member, or within 30 days of your purchase if you are not a member.

Return Policy for Apparel

No returns at this time unless product quality is defective. 

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us first at info@clacamerica.com. Provide your order number and reason for return to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). At this time in the company’s launch, reasons for returning a CLAC are associated with isolated defects or performance, not a change of heart. You must return the original item in its original condition and CLAC packaging within 14 days of the date of your exchange using the free return label provided to you.

Exchanges & Refunds

If it is the customer’s preference, UD2MO will refund the customer the cost of the CLAC. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Should a customer opt to exchange their CLAC, UD2MO will cover the shipping cost of the replacement. UD2MO will credit your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, please allow an additional 2–10 business days for the refund credit to post to your bank or credit card account.
